Join the crew of Baltic Bear

We change crew about every two weeks or so and can manage 2/3 persons; four being a comfortable number onboard. It is our boat so there are no charter fees and we split the fuel, marina, and food costs so it makes for a very cheap fun holiday.

Baltic Bear mainly travels through the thousands of Islands that ring the coasts of Holland, Germany,
Denmark, and Sweden, which makes for very easy generally sheltered sailing, but there will be the odd
overnight passage for anybody who likes that sort of sailing. As the Baltic is a shallow fresh water sea
and often has a stable high for most of the summer sailing and swimming can be much better than
England and much cheaper than the Caribbean.
